This is so sweet! Since your mother cannot read English, perhaps you could read this to her. I'm sure she would enjoy it.

You may not see her sacrifices now, but one day you will. Your words portray a close relationship with your mother. My own mother died when I was little, so I can appreciate those who are close to their moms. I have two daughters and we have a wonderful relationship, too. Thank you for sharing a very sweet poem.

I loved the lines:

My favorite time is when I get my hair done

No stylist can do it like her, nope, NONE!

I especially love that second line above. I can visualize your firmness in the matter! You are one lucky daughter.
