This is a wonderful, positive love poem that's very obviously from the heart. It really shows how a loved one can inspire us and bring out the best in us. Your chosen title is very apt and fits the poem well. You have good pace and rhythm in this poem which can be hard to achieve in free verse. The repeated words work well. I think many readers will relate to the sentiments you write about here.
