*Sun* What I really liked about this: You have certainly done a nice job describing what New Year's is like... or can be like, anyways. People are usually in such festive moods and love celebration... though perhaps the babies don't like it because of the noise, as you bring up. *Wink* I'm sure all those horns blowing and whistles piercing the air and all the joyful shouting and loud laughter takes its toll on little baby eardrums. *Frown*

*Clouds* You might want to consider: Just a few minor observations: You might want to revisit some of you punctuation or lack of punctuation in a few areas, which aren't such a big deal in poetry as long as you are consistent either way. *Bigsmile* Also, in the fifth line, which makes the baby’s pout I'm thinking you meant more than one baby... which makes the babies pout. If not, and you are referring to one baby, just drop the apostrophe s. which makes the baby pout. *Smile*

*Starb* Final thoughts... Nice work, Iveltac. *Smile* I hope you have a wonderful day filled with happiness and fun! *Balloon2* Keep writing your poetry. There is a certain cheerfulness in your poetry. I like it very much.
