As part of my raid from Team Florent, I am reviewing "Invalid Item"  What I really liked about this: What a fun piece! The flow was great. It felt like lyrics to a song and was very enjoyable to read! Pirates seem to be a popular topic for both kids and adults, especially after the movies Pirates of the Caribbean with Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow.   You might want to consider: The only thing that bothered me (and only a little!) was your last stanza where you switched the rhyme scheme from a/a/b/b in the first six stanzas to a/b/c/c. I have no doubt that you knew what you were doing, and perhaps because it's an eerie old tale that the pirate spirits are singing after they had robbed Davy Jones, you wanted it to stand out a little differently. In that case, ignore me, lol.  I did want to bring it to your attention though, in case others were bothered by it too. Final thoughts... Although I am reviewing you because of this weekend's raid, I wouldn't mind poking around in your portfolio in the future because you are such a gifted writer.
