Title: August Skies

First Impression: The image was perfect for the poem, it planted a powerful image in my mind and the author elaborated verbally a compelling tale that held the readers interest.

What I liked: How August skies moved through the poem, it moved the poem along like a flowing stream of imagery to this reader.

What needs your attention: Not a thing, the imagery and word choices created a spellbound tale with a sense of restlessness that made the poem flow smoothly.

Favorite Parts: The rain ceasing and the clouds clouded in unrest, created mystery and then the next stanza reminded the reader to appreciate the days once past and to look forward to the new ones.

Overall Impression: This is a joy to read, I am so happy for you that it was highlighted in the newsletter. Excellent job!
