This is very beautiful, and I'm not just talking about the gorgeous diamond shape that your lines form.

The title is what first got me here. And after I started reading I sure wasn't disappointed. I love the positive message and I could feel the concern of the narrator for the person being addressed. It's quite relatable.

And most of all, I enjoyed the ending. I must say I did not expect it, yet it felt like a very good resolution for the poem.

I can't find anything to critique, this is very well written with a quick tempo and an easy flow.

Very nice!
