Lonely and sad, is my first impression of this poetic attempt to answer the unanswerable questions. Yet, I find answers to these questions given in respective stanzas. Consistent in line length and content, this poem takes the society to task. When someone feels so desolate,it becomes the duty of those around to cheer the lonely one.
Words and imagery-
Words used are simple, making each thought clear to the reader.
"IF I CHOOSE TO LEAVE
YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMMOROW
NO ONE LEFT TO GRIEVE"
Lines like these evoke sympathy and a feeling of guilt. Imagery is visually effective and it certainly appeals to mind and heart.
Though the poet expresses inability to answer the "wh" questions such as how, why, who and where, she did answer them in the poem quite convincingly.
It flows well.
