This is so funny and very clever.

Reading this, I could imagine the narrator taping it as a note on the fridge for Joe to read in the morning. And I could just picture his face.

I really enjoyed the consistent rhyme. But more importantly, I loved the story. I felt like I know Joe, I met Joe, I met so many Joe(s), hahaha! And it is really sweet that he is still addressed as "My dear" after everything that happened.

These are my favorite lines: "To staple down the shingles, Joe.
At each and every spot." I loved them because I could just hear the tone with which they're spoken.

And my favorite part was definitely the title!

Definitely entertaining and very well written.

I liked your characterization, as well as the way you allowed the story to unfold, and slowly introduced more and more details, so that by the end the reader becomes quite aware of just how big of a problem this ended up being.

I certainly hope that Joe behaves next time!
