Hi Elle! I have finally gotten through all five of your reviews! LOL

TITLE: Love the title, the first cup is always the best and that first sip beats the rest! I prefer coffee but it seems you have a taste for soda

THEME: That delightful moment when you take that first sip of refreshment in the morning.

PACE: Quick, just like that first sip...

FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE: Your imagery and use of poetic devices is what makes this piece delightful! You have done a great job painting the picture and using internal rhyme and alliteration make your piece all the better.

SPELLING/GRAMMAR: Again, I found no errors in any of these areas

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: I think the only thing I would like to see differently in this piece is for it to be a bit longer. Maybe more description of the liquid going down the throat, etc...

EXCELLENT WRITING EXAMPLES: The whole piece is great!
