A Review from "Simply Positive Review Forum " ! What brought Hoovsie meandering in a space time continuum over to your port? You sent me some nice reviews yesterday, so here I am perusing your portfolio to read and review today. What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item? I think this is about the demise of a relationship that the poet or speaker (could be from another's point of view I guess) didn't want to see end. I have found in life that we romanticize things in the past and maybe what was not so perfect becomes more so in the rear view mirror. I guess that is the cynic in me. Once something was finished I rarely regretted much about it, but that's just me. I'm weird. It is sad to want to remember something more than we do. So, there is a bit or remorse or regret over not really recalling all that transpired. I see the regret as being more for that than for the relationship itself, but I could be way off there, too. What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item? This part got to me: "When it hurts, I cushion the pain with false smiles to catch what might have been from fading away, but the absence in your eyes travels many miles, and I cannot bring back photographs of yesterday." There is a sadness here, but maybe an acknowledgement that the break was inevitable. I sort of read that into not being able to bring it back by looking at pictures. This is a heart breaking poem, but I sense the element of moving on is already at work in it. Very eloquent and fine use of language! HOOVES, a.k.a. If I send a review, it means I enjoyed my reading experience enough to let you know it. I travel to many galaxies and pick my reading carefully, just as I pick my hay carefully. END OF PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Ta Ta until we meet again in another place and time.... "Avoiding Toothless Rabid Bullies & Such"
