*Gavel* I am also judging your entry for the "The Bard's Hall Contest"  Thank you for entering!

*Tree2* I loved the painting of nature, as it shifts from winter to spring, with all life renewing and regenerating itself. Your words were well woven to produce such lovely images in the mind's eye.

*Key* There was a sweet weaving of words, a melding of rhythm that tugged the reader in, from line one, keeping her captivated until the end.

*Flowerw* The alliteration, consonance and assonance, sibilance, turned this poem into a melody, that sounded so lyrical, when read aloud.

Yes, it is free verse. And yes, I do love a well-penned free verse poem, that encompasses all of the points mentioned above. You did a marvelous job utilizing the spring/nature prompt of the contest.



I can relate to these lines.

*Clouds*
"White Mashed potato clouds,
And illuminating sunshine."

"Lovely! *FlipFlops2*
