What brought Hoovsie meandering in a space time continuum over to your port?

What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* I think that these road conditions and the weather do tell the sensible drivers to watch out. Those who are careless usually hurt others who are being careful, though and they go on their way. I think it is a commentary on the selfishness that is prevailing at the moment.

People think they can text and drive in the rain and they find out the hard way, or others do, that it doesn't work that way when you are operating a dangerous machine on the road.

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

*Thumbsup* This part really made sense to me:

"While others drive at a quicker pace,
Ignoring the speed limits and other safety concerns. "

I mean what good does it do to be careful when others do this. We just have to hope that when we are forced to drive in inclement weather that our luck doesn't run out.
