Title: The Lavender Scented People

First Impression: I was confused about the reference to a dog in the subtitle, upon reading it a second time the connection made sense. You were using it as an example of painting people with all the same paint and saying they are all one or in your example all smelled the same.

What I liked: How you showed personal examples of stereotypes in your culture to strengthen your argument for the reader to understand better.

What needs your attention: Nothing, I did not note grammar or punctuation errors to distract my reading.

Favorite Parts: How protective your family is appealed to me because this is something I did not have in my own life. I can understand better how restrictive this protection can be and I am glad you found your way to accomplish your goals without breaking the family bond.

Overall Impression: Stereotypes are difficult situations for everyone involved, especially the injured parties that are unfairly judged and for the ones making the assumptions they have no idea what they have missed by ignorance. It is sad to me that it exists still.

Thank you for letting me read your work. It was my pleasure! By the way, I am a lavender soap fan too, and I am Irish. It is simply an awesome fragrance that should be preferred by more.
