Oh my gosh! This is so sad and you lead us to the punch line slowly. As soon as we see her profession, the devestation hit stronger. *Star*

The first line got my attention and the last line had a strong impact. We do not even have to know what the accident was to relate to your character and her feelings. We can all add our own details. The word" shattered" is very perfect descriptive verb for the dream and also as I see the bones shattered as well. *Thumbsup* Very evocative piece.
