Title: Flesh and Spirit

First Impression: Interesting read!

What I liked: As a girl, I never considered what puberty was like from a boy's perspective before reading your piece. Wow, so many points I hadn't considered.

What needs your attention: Nothing, in this reader's opinion, the paragraphs were complimentary to each other and flowed smoothly creating the story.

Favorite Parts: I chuckled when the narrator discussed reading the book with permission from his brother's room and not getting "he took her", I remember the awkwardness I felt initially reading my first books where sex was discussed. I wondered the same thing. Took her where? Did I miss something about traveling? I am glad to know I am not alone when it came to my introduction to sexual content.

Overall Impression: Excellent story! I really felt like I was taking each step with the narrator re-experiencing all the painful steps in puberty with him as a boy. I learned a lot that I hadn't considered before about the differences between a boy's and a girl's experience.
