First impression:

Being of Scottish descent, I love your contest. You have a great concept here, and it is unique on WDC.

Rules:

Your rules are clearly laid out, and they are easy to follow. I like that you accept all ratings, especially as this allows members to explore the characters sexual relationship.

You state the time period that entries should be set in, and I like that you are willing to accept supernatural stories. Scottish lore from this time period is resplendent with the supernatural, and was a time of deep belief in the ways of the fey and of witchcraft.

You clearly set out the content you won't accept. I agree with all contests having a forbidden list - too many people see ratings accepted to XGC and think they can go wild.

It's great to see that you allow editing at all times without disqualification I don't understand the contests that prohibit editing - surely any new piece of writing is writing in progress.

Prompt:

I like the way how you set the prompt. You simply give the name of a Scottish clan and leave the rest to the individual entrant. This should allow for a wide variety of stories on both theme and genre. You also provide a short summary of the clan, which would hopefully further inspire your entrants.

Prizes:

Your prizes are very generous, and I like that you award a Merit Badge and an Awardicon for first place. You award all the way down to an honourable mention and your prizes decrease appropriately down the places.

You also make clear the required number of minimum entries for each place to be awarded. Some contests automatically award all places regardless of entry numbers, but I prefer this approach.
