A poem which may raise some alarming emotions; a chuckle or a tear, or both.

Hi Vaughan Jones - ONE Scribe ,

This review is a part of "Game of Thrones [13+]. *Smile*

Overall Impression:

Ha, this is a clever poem, dear author! As a reader, you're awaiting the pay-off at the end, that you've been building up to throughout, and then you ask that question. I like it.

It is a good question, too. Nobody knows, do they? There are a lot of different beliefs, all with their own promised rewards, many with some kind of "no, you can't come in, unless you..." clause. No matter how good a life a person may have lived. Personally, I feel that it's a wait and see, and in the meanwhile all anyone can do is their best.

On the technical side of things you have done well, too. Good rhythm and flow. Very helpful use of punctuation. Good imagery. It's a pleasure to read.

Suggestions:

I have no suggestions about the poem's content. As said, I found the poem a pleasure to read. The only thing I'd suggest is allowing the capitalisation at the beginning of each line to depend upon the individual sentences within the piece. This would perfect the overall clarity and reading experience.

Though perhaps I would be tempted to remove the line spaces within the stanzas. Less scrolling is always a good thing, and the poem doesn't need them.

My Rating:

An excellent poem. I was happy to find it.

I did have a couple of suggestions, but those are more of a matter of personal preference. So, I will still give this item a rating of 5 out of 5. It deserves it.

Thank you for sharing your work, and write on!
