Wow, this is an interesting take on Gillian's Island. I didn't find much of a correlation between the image prompt and the rest of the story except a small mention of it in the beginning, but still the story itself is interesting. I thought the character dialogue was refreshing and enjoyable. I thought the ending was good as it leaves it open. I would be interested in reading more should you choose to add to it. Well done!
