"SIMPLY POSITIVE GROUP

Hello there, Paul D
This is a Simply Positive Review! *Lightning3*

*Block* I am also judging your story for the "The Bard's Hall Contest Thanks for entering!

*Pin* I love reading your dark little stories that take a reader into a different world, where reality and fantasy thrive and meld together to give the discomforting thoughts of there being no such thing as a safe place.

*StarBl* This story had me so conflicted because of the daughter who was kidnapped and the life she was raised into, where a human girl and wolves cohabit, and humans are their prey.

Observation:

"... and he searched the ground carefully and determined the direction his daughter had gone. He was surprised when after a short distance the tracks looped back so that his daughter was able to watch those who found Flynn. A sudden chill shot through his body. My daughter is a predator? She was watching us.
He carefully searched the area again and found tracks,"

Repetitive searched" and "carefully." You may want to edit that a little to remove the repeated use.

*Trees* I enjoyed the walking through the woodlands, the search and the wonder of where the girl was hiding. It also struck the hairs on my neck to find out about the stalking she was doing of the hunt party as they sought to find the clan responsible for killing so many farm animals in the village. It is creepy to think one is the hunter and later figures out he is the hunted.

*Wolf2* I liked the human-wolf linking/imprinting, and the imagery it conjured up in my mind. The ending was quite dramatic.

Well done!
*Wolf*

Until next time--write on!
