First Impressions: "Thunder and Lightning"  is one of the extra brief, extra-impactive prose writings that leave us floored right along with the person in the story.



Overall Impact: Life sometimes does that for and to people. So does love. Love and lift the most weighty, most oppressive world and lift it to the heavens, should the love itself have enough power to believe in itself!

Though love, all things are possible.

This short prose reads exactly like a witness statement.

Summation: I must admit that if there is one thing I would LOVE to see with this short writing...is to see MORE of it! Tell us...show us...HOW did this love permeate into your life!!! TELL US and SHOW US how it could clobber the daylights out of people, or set them free. SHOW US the power of love lost. Show us ALL THE THINGS that I can tell are on your fingertips and can become beautiful writing. You have the FOUNDATION of just this thing already written. If we compared it to a house, you could say you've built the foundation ... now I need stairs and roofs and walls and kitchens and sinks and windows...and attics.....everything!!!
