*BurstY* I found this item on the "Read A Newbie" page.


*Violin* Romantic prose is expressed, and described in a profound way. Here, there is person who so taken-in by the lover's eyes, it is a feeling that locks out time, life is perfect, all is well, the world is beautiful, for one long moment.

*StarfishY* I loved the staring into the expressive eyes, as they reflect off the lover's gazing off the stars. The beauty of the universe captured in that brief moment, affecting this person deeply.

*Tackb* The reader could feel strength of love woven within the lines of this prose. And then -- and then, the twist of events.

*Thinker* I think it's clever using the clock to describe how much life can change from one minute to the next. It's the gut punch of reality that this couple's days are numbered.

*Pocketwatch* The reader could feel the sadness of the ending. The sound of the tick-tock is all that remains.
