What I liked

This is a wonderful expression of what writing is all about. I especially love the title, because it encapsulates for me what writing is all about — our hearts on paper, exposed for the world to see.

I also particularly like the bit about how many minutes (very optimistically) the writing will take.

What might need work

I think another stanza could be added, just before the concluding quatrain, that talks about how the time has flown, and those ten minutes have somehow magically transformed into ten hours, and the moon is out and an owl hoots… you get the idea.
