What Does THiNG think about while perusing your item?

I like your poem very much. The title is memorable and haunting as you write of a beautiful flower as metaphor for an unattainable love

One thing to mention is that the prompt sentence needed to be included in your poem at the end of it.

What does THiNG applaud about while reading your item?

I was particularly moved by this part:

"To know the rose in your heart
And desire it more than life
A thousand days in the dark
Wouldn't begin to describe"

You write of a great and moving love and pent up emotions that have existed for a long time. This is not just a passing fancy sort of emotion. I think this is a fine poem you have crafted.
