"SIMPLY POSITIVE GROUP

Hello there, ShiShad
This is a Simply Positive Review! *Sun*

*Leaf2R* I was Browsing some of the Static items pages, and came across this festive for October piece.

*FishP* What made me decide to take a closer look?

What's not to grab my attention with words like, "Innocent, gallows, Phantom, Hallows." Now I'm really gearing up for a Sleepy Hallow type of tale, a Horseman, and avenging figure out to collect for his untimely and unfair demise.

*Tackg* I loved that your flash fiction had a folklore built right into it by the implications. It was medieval, Scotland. The imagination grows fertile with that backdrop.

*Vignette7* The reader could easily put faces to the two men, Nathan and Jamie, who were under the watch of Jack. Also, the reader could see their sinister plan would not fare well for Jack, so they wore a villainous mask in my mind. Jack on the other hand, showed restraint and made his last wish count. His final words to those two, laid the foundation for the story to be brought into the 1800s.

*Monster8* I liked the ending because it was a satisfying one. I think due to the revenge served up cold, Nathan and Jamie will spend eternity remembering what they were told, and suffering souls forever they be.

Well done!

*Owl1* I saw no particular errors to comment about. I did see a beautiful Trinket, though and it is happily residing in my collection.

Thank you for that! *Web1*

Until next time--write on!
