What I liked

What an interesting form. I like how you "trick" the reader into following the trail, but only reveal later that it might be "dangerous". Creepy! It kinda reminds me of Chinese Shan Shui art where the path is a standard metaphor for a person's journey through life, passing over high rocky places as well as low, grassy valleys.

What might need work

Most entries into the contest actually mention spam in their poems. I didn't today, but I most certainly shall tomorrow!
