What I liked

There were two parts I really loved. The first was the postules on the foreheads of teenagers, and the second the "screaming as eloquent as a single fingernail scraping across a chalkboard".

I liked the opening and closing with lotus blossoms, too.

This gets a well deserved single, shiny in accordance with the contest guidelines "Invalid Item"
