This is a beautiful, inspiring poem about the positives of relaxation, and the calmness that can come from living in the moment. This relaxed sense of peace and calmness is something many people struggle to find especially amidst the frenetic pace of life of the modern world. Also sometimes people feel they should always keep busy, and need permission to take time out for relaxation. Your poem gives that permission and well expresses some of the positives.

This makes a nice counter-balance to the poem I reviewed of yours a little while ago on overcoming life's troubles and what a fight that can be. This shows you have a good range as a writer and a positive message to share.
