 HI Monty! I am happy to do a review to celebrate you!   Your title clearly represents the theme and purpose of the poem. I enjoyed the connection of the Natural cycle and fall with the passing of a life age as well. It adds a philosophical vibe. The structure is solid with a consistent rhyme scheme and verses. It was pleasant to read aloud the memories of the poet's relationship with fall activities as time went on. The personification of Nature is well done. I did get stuck on the second line "and more beautiful" as I wanted to say what. In the last verse I think keeping with the I voice instead of saying "you heard" would flow better and keep it from the poet's POV.   I felt the appreciation of the magic of fall even when it was a chore to deal with! The last line really hits a chord of how Mother Nature keeps busy through all. I see her without complaint or boredom doing her love task. Maybe it is a lesson for us to do the same. BE us in the moment. Enjoy.
