Title: Piano exams


First Impression: I felt like I was in the room with her experiencing it too! Awesome job, the tension was perfect throughout.

What needs your attention: Other than the frequency of hyphens nothing disrupted my enjoyment. I did wonder why you chose to use them as I was reading. The sentences and paragraphs flowed smoothly from one to the next.

Favorite Parts: I love the descriptions of the three pieces she played for the proctor. I tried to imagine the notes in my head. I would have bolted from the room heading for the nearest bathroom after that kind of stress. I was very proud of the young woman.

Overall Impression: This was a delightful read about a young woman taking a piano exam. Bravo for her! The story was engaging from the opening line to the end.
