The poetry is nice and good. The virtues-good and bad of London are brought out in the poetry. The death of Albert and his mourning by Victoria. The whores of London are also mentioned in the poetry. Jack the ripper was prominent and notorious. This is the dark part of London. The different colors of London are brought out in the poetry. London flashes as a city of both light and dark shades. The poetry adds meaning and purpose to itself. London is referred to as Victoria's London. Hence, it is shown to be belonging to her.
