I gotta say, nicely done. When you started with the sky crying I was momentarily confused but you gave me the answer in the third line.

It broke my heart that the falling stars, or meteors were tears for all to see. That was so sad. The streaking/midnight blue was good imagery, but the last line made me want to learn more. What had that person done to break your heart. you drew me in and made me want more. good for you.
