"Game of Thrones"   by Gaby ~ Quiet contemplation

OVERALL IMPRESSION -
Nice job using the prompt for your main character. This worked really well as your singer had issues getting to his show.

WHAT I LIKED BEST -
I liked the big tie in at the end that let the reader know why Matt was having a difficult time.

PLOT~
Matt decides to get some sleep instead of heading out for the next show. He figures he can beat rush hour traffic if he hits the road at the crack of dawn, but over sleeps. By the time he gets going the roads are busy and filled with cops, so he heads down the back streets to get to the venue. Everyone is anxiously waiting for the show to start and Matt finally arrives.

CHARACTER(S)~DESCRIPTION~
Matt is nursing a broken heart and isn't up to driving to the next show in the middle of the night. But he oversleeps and is late to his concert the next day, but he doesn't show up empty handed.

Good job showing the crowd waiting for the concert to start and Matt waking up to full sunlight as he tries to figure out his route to the concert and how fast he can get there. I liked the use of the song title and can imagine that there just might be a song with this wording in it.

TECHNICAL~
and gave it a slap

and the restless crowd
House Greyjoy image for G.o.T.

This would be my name.
