"Game of Thrones"   by Gaby ~ Quiet contemplation

OVERALL IMPRESSION -
This was a little creepy, shocking and strange, this tale of insects and a growing obsession with them.

WHAT I LIKED BEST -
That the turn about is fair game. That came off well when he found himself trapped in his bedroom awaiting his fate, or rather their fate.

PLOT~
Since childhood, your main character has had a phobia when it comes to insects. It doesn't matter which kind they are, he views them as all the same, something he doesn't want near him. As he grows older, the fear becomes obsessive, as he now traps the bugs, tortures them and almost delights in their suffering. This obsession is about to turn on him in the worst way, though he's prepared for it, even if it means he could die in the process.

CHARACTER(S)~DESCRIPTION~
I understood the fear when it comes to insects. I think most of us have those. But then your main character decided to capture them for sport, loving that he had power over the tiny beasts.

You described the torture well enough that I could picture him trapping them, pulling off their legs, making it impossible for the bugs to escape.

DIALOG~
The dialog came in when he's trapped in his room as the insects have invaded his home and found him. He writes things down, though he does still have one weapon at his disposal. There is no remorse here, it's kill or be killed.

This would be my name.
