Thing Signature Made For tHiNg!

What brought tHiNg to glide in a space time continuum over to your port?

*Cow* I posted here and then forgot to review. Well, here I am to send a review on the public page, which will hopefully give you some more publicity.

What does tHiNG think about while perusing your item?

I qualify because I have been here for 17 years, less a few weeks.

The first time I joined was September 9, 2000, when it was just Interactive Stories and the site was 9 days old. I was in a group and someone told me to come on here we could write and not have to wait for a site editor to post our stories. They were Fan Fiction about the movie, Never Been Kissed, if you are familiar with that.

Well, I joined and we wrote our stories and SMs was a fan of the movie and stories, too. She sent me some awesome remoos and I kept writing and the rest is history.

I deleted myself (that sounds funny now) in August of 2001, but came back after 9/11.

I decided, then, to write non-fan fiction and branch out and again SMs encouraged me when I wrote a whole novel here, called Sara's Port, which is about two people who meet on early days Stories.Com (later changed to Writing.Com)

What does tHiNG applaud about while reading your item?

*Thumbsup* It is good to let Newbies know we were all newbies once and not to be intimidated if people give bossy reviews, not helpful reviews. We have all been there, seen that. *yawn*

Great in and out! Very inclusive, which is definitely the smart way to go anywhere in my books.

tHiNG a.k.a. 4ps a.k.a. HOOves

P.S. I am someone who loves to read and review. That is a pretty simple statement and it is true, in the spirit of Ernest Hemingway, who once said, "Write one true thing." *Heart*

Ta Ta until we meet again in another place and time....
