This is a good story. Doctor fool is perhaps a comparison to our own follies and how we would like them solved. The random remedies he professes makes us think wildly. Such thoughts can only harm us. As a satire it amuses us. Such a quack of a doctor perhaps does not exist. Health is a priority and it takes up much of our time. The problems doctor fool comes across is a myriad. His solutions are even more wild. The story is a good way of thinking alternatively. It cannot be put into practice. Advising, people to take drugs or smoking goes against medical ethics.
