Happy WDC Anniversary! *Bigsmile* I am reviewing your work as part of the "Anniversary Reviews" . I was looking through the items in your portfolio when this particular poem caught my attention and I wanted to take a look at it.

Rain is one of my favourite topics to write poetry on and I love the rain too, watching it and getting drenched in it. The brief description of your work was sad and heart breaking but it was also encouraging at the same time, giving hope to the reader or any person with a broken hearted that it isn't going to last forever and that something better is waiting at the end of the tunnel for us, no matter how hard and impossible it might seem at the moment.

I was very impressed with the comparison between the love and the rain and storm. Excellent convention and poetry device used here. You write the entire poem about rain, being under it, feeling it, sensing it and at the same time, the reader can relate perfectly to the condition of your heart. According to me, you couldn't have achieved that if you hadn't provided the brief description you have right now. Wonderful!

Another thing I really loved was the last line: The next unexpected drop of rain which perfectly summarises hope and positivity, optimism in the reader. After the whirlpool of emotions that you conveyed to the reader, it was very nice to see the good come out of it. It was definitely a very unique, well written poem and I had a pleasure reading it!
