Happy WDC Anniversary! *Bigsmile* I am reviewing your work as part of the "Anniversary Reviews" . Hi there, old friend! I do hope you are doing great, it's been a long time so I took the opportunity for reviewing for your WDC account anniversary and the twelve labourers of WDC to drop by your portfolio and leave a review.

I was looking through the poems in your portfolio when this one caught my attention and I wanted to take a look at it. The title captured my attention and appealed to me greatly, pulling me in. I was full of curiosity as to what aspect or what kind of alone would you have in your poem and the brief description did not provide any information about the theme of the poem so I decided to read it. The form you have used in your poem is one I am not familiar with, I have never heard of it before.

The rhyming scheme, which I think must be a part of the form used, enhanced your poem greatly as was the flow and the rhythm improved. The flow was excellent, there was no interruption of any sort which distracted the reader.

My favourite lines were:

Now to be left alone once more
A heart that was bleeding tears.
You turned your back, closed the door,


They tugged at my heart and I could feel all the sad emotions going inside of me as I felt the pain one felt when their loved one left them, betrayed them and did not show even a tint of kindness, as if they had transformed into a completely different person altogether.

The ending was albeit sad but there was a shimmer of hope in it, and the last line was very heartbreaking. *Heart* Loved it. Even though when the pain starts to become less, it still takes time to get over it and then it further takes time for us to accept that we need to move on and maybe find someone else in life.
