What does tHiNG think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* Wow, it seems that mother won't ask daughter to help when daughter lives right next door. Instead, she calls her son for assistance.

I never really thought of my parents as burdens, but I was very lucky. They were very independent for a long long time.

Your rhyme flows well as your tale unfolds.

What does tHiNG applaud about while reading your item?

This part got to me:

"Then he said himself, “Don’t go stirriing the pot,
She’ll only complain how lucky I am, and she’s not!
It’s much easier to take care of Mother, I’d have to agree,
When she’s living near Sister, and far from me!"

The one close by always thinks they have it harder, but worrying from a distance can be hard, too.

Fine insight into the relationship that keeps on giving - mother and son!
