This is a good short story. The woman in the story is headed to a bar and the bitter cold makes it a scene for a good start. She places herself on a stool next to a cowboy. The cowboy trains his gaze on her and she is trifled by him. She thinks various excuses for her plight. The red mark at the end of her dress is another form of trouble. The cowboy persists to annoy her by his concern. She leans over him and says he would be amazed by what she knows. The story has a wild side to it. A cowboy and a red lipped woman can make quite an amusing tale.
