Hypertension [E] A poem about my chronic illness |
A Review from "Simply Positive Review Forum " ! What brought Hoovsie meandering in a space time continuum over to your port? You sent me a nice review a few days ago, so here I am to read and review your poem. What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item? I picked this poem because I have High Blood Pressure, also and have to take medicine for it. When I have anxiety at the doctor's office it often goes over 200 for the top number. But, when I was young, I had low blood pressure. I think it turned this way when I hit around 50 or so. I totally get it and the worrying gene from my mother. What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item? The big hope is that it isn't passed on, but I think it is. I have never used much salt in my food and I still have it. This was my favorite part of the poem: "Here's to hope as I pray not, this silent killer's never forgot. The bottle is my constant reminder, I wish getting old could be kinder." I had thought I would be more like my Dad who never had it until the very end of his life. Mr. HOOves has cool, calm and collected blood pressure. Well, I hope they figure out a way to calm us down and have us be serene. I enjoyed reading your poem and commiserating here! HOOVES, a.k.a. I am merely a reader who loves to read. If I send a review, it means I enjoyed my reading experience enough to let you know it. I look at a review as my reaction to what I have read and a sharing of what I bring to the table on any given day. Sometimes I don't bring much, but I enjoy my reading adventures either way. You need all sorts of reviewers for all sorts of writers. We can't all write a dissertation every time. If I did that, I'd do about six reviews a year. Rumination Termination Ta Ta until we meet again in another place and time.... "Avoiding Toothless Rabid Bullies & Such"
