Anxiety can be so hard to live with. Many times the attacks come from nowhere, even waking one from a sound sleep. You express well to the reader the heartache and confusion caused by something like this invading your very being. Your words paint the raw emotion of how living with this makes you feel. It's a feeling I don't think anyone can truly understand unless they have experienced it, but even if they have not, your words almost demand the reader to take notice ... to do something, don't just walk away. It's a beautifully, well-written poem. Great job!
