Sounds tasty. This caught my eye because I'm planning on making homemade sauce tomorrow. I like the title.

A couple of suggestions, some people do go word for word on measuring so I would say on your measurements to only give one amount not 1 or 2 pounds, make it 1 pound.

Secondly I'd remove the line (spices the sauce like pepper might, but is milder than pepper) simply because most people know what oregano is.

These are just my thoughts.

The recipe is well written it just needs a tweak or two.
