Okay, this is what you need to do. Pour off a bit of the burger and sausage grease after it cooks a bit. You need a roux. So get you a little bit of flour.

*Vignette5*Mechanics:
Put a few tablespoons of each depending on how much you make, heat the oil and stir in the flour.

*Vignette5*Things I Like:
The holy trinity of cooking!
Add, onion, green pepper, and celery to the roux in equal amount!

Just do everything else the same and it'll come out fine.
