Since it's a topic I deal with on a consistent basis, it drew me in. After the first line, you had my full attention, as I have similar issues.

I'd have probably dropped the parentheses around like me in favor of commas. Just a personal thing. Otherwise, very nice.

Pare 6, I wouldn't end it with "to."
