Happy Easter! I thought I'd hop on over to your profile and give you a holiday review and this neat piece caught my eye. I'm going to comment along with my reading because you shared so much here and my brain is feeling puny.

I've been told that I don't have a sense of humor (mostly by people who don't get my humor... but I want to grow it anyway! Life is just better when it's fun . And I think the more time I spend with you and playing in The Daily Snapshot ... the more my humor is growing. Before this my only humor was in limericks. For some reason, I can be humorous there... Anyway, maybe this is why I like you so much. You are hilarious! I want to be like MOO.

I think you are smart to be "more and more selective about what I agree to do." I am working on this too. I'm currently reading a book called "Soulful Simplicity" by Courtney Carver to help me with this ... perhaps you'd like it too? A lot of it is on her blog ... I think that's "Be More with Less."

Don't think I knew the "Writer's Cramp" was the longest running contest on the site! Cool! It's one of my favorite contests. I only enter when the prompt moves me and I have the time (sometimes the prompt is awesome but it's just not a good day for getting it done). Thank you and all the judges there! I LOVE that you all judge right away and results are given right with the next prompt. That is super and greatly appreciated. Not often in the writing world do we get such fast feedback. I need to copy and paste some of this in case I haven't reviewed the Writer's Cramp yet. The contest deserves a review too.

Congratulations on your Quills nominations and many achievements here!!!!!

You know I'm still a newbie here but I volunteered to judge a few Quills categories this year (for the 2017 awards). I knew I couldn't be nominated for any because I wasn't even a member in 2017. Hadn't even heard of WDC yet! Hard to believe now. I love it here. Thank YOU (MOO!) for being part of what makes it so wonderful

The VA system is so messed up. Some things work well but some things... oh my. It breaks my heart that some veterans are treated so terribly. I hope your husband finds an advocate that can help him with the system.

I will definitely check out your Ireland trip link! I haven't had that opportunity but I enjoy the photos that I've seen.
