*Cool**Idea* I think that is a good, stern talking to that the weather gurus need to have.

What does HOOves applaud and moo about while reading your item?

You expressed a lot of the frustration I feel.

The part about the dog needing a place to poop hit home as I have a low slung basset hound and we have to shovel the snow for places for her to do her business. She is fed up with it all too and I'm glad you included the dog in this letter.
