What brought Hoovsie meandering in a space time continuum over to your port?

*Cow* I am reading your fine poem as you posted before I did in the I Write in 2018 activity!

What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* We all take that final journey that you write so eloquently of. Last evening, I had a glimpse into the abyss as a tornado touched down about 2 miles from where I was. Better get my act together here is the message I got.

Well, your rhyme flows very well and I found it very effective that you sick mostly to eight (once in a while, 9) syllables.

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

This was my favorite passage:

"The ferryman continues on,
his eyes ablaze within his face
for he awaits a coming dawn
whose light will never see this place."

Very haunting and gives one pause to examine what has gone on before. Today and going forward it makes me want to do better.

Brilliant poem with what seems like effortless rhyme, but I know that a lot of work went into this to make it look effortless.
