I just wrote a review of over 500 characters and then it disappeared.

I have to admit, this cracked me up. I'm sitting in the library with puckered lips trying not to laugh out loud. I like the way you bring in so many tiny details from the ten foot train the tickles to ( I loved that line) to 'no national tulips'. I have no idea what you mean by that 'no national tulips'. I thought maybe this is from the Netherlands?

You did a great job in bringing in all the details, even the shoes. lol

The viewpoint from the carpet or runner is so great. I have never read or heard about a poem with the viewpoint from the carpet. That is so choice. Good thinking of it. The last line was perfect.

I never heard about the wedding ceremony starting from a Pagan ritual. Since I'm at the library, I'll have to ask the librarian. lol
