What brought Hoovsie meandering in a space time continuum over to your port?

*Cow* I am reading and reviewing your fine poem as part of the I Write in 2018 activity.

What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* The title of this fine poem is the date today. I am not sure if that is a requirement of the activity of not. It certainly speaks to me of current events with all the pictures that are presented in the media.

It is a horrifying thing that may well portend the beginning of the end.

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

This part was very moving:

"All my leaves will have withered
and grayed,
though a fiery center remains.
The apocalypse is now"

I think this is a timeless poem that could have well been written about what went on in Auschwitz, Treblinka and on and on.

It seems like every generation has their own atrocities, but the fire of anger and survival burns bright.

Very powerful writing that will stand the test of time.
