HAPPY WDC ACCOUNT ANNIVERSARY FROM "Anniversary Reviews" Happy Party Time Caerlynn! I am happy to do a review to celebrate you! Oh, I am a tree hugger and love trees so was so happy to find your poem! The idea of trees talking is so cool and I think they do speak in their own way...if we would listen to the vibe! The simplicity of the free style poem mirrors the simple call of nature and I enjoyed entering into your dream as you ponder what a tree would say. Your ideas are relevant and the queries you make to us are evocative and ones we might want to consider. The flow is not regular and yet I like the impact of short abrupt lines line "if you must eat" and "upon my limb". You really capture the importance of trees in this expression. I wondered about the comma after "say" in the last verse as really it goes with the "Is" in the last line. You might even use a colon after "is" and put what the tree says there in italics for the punch line that sums up your whole piece so brilliantly. Thanks for sharing your love for trees in this heart felt poem! Light on the path as you write on! eyestar ** Image ID #1815342 Unavailable ** A Knock it Out Reviewing Activity for a Cause- in celebration of WDC 18th Anniversary
